PLSHS, PLHS bring home medals from SkillsUSA Nebraska State Championships
Papillion La Vista High School, as well as Papillion La Vista South High School, brought home medals and awards from the SkillsUSA State Championships that took place April 11 through the 13 at the Nebraska State Fair Grounds.
SkillsUSA is a partnership of students, teachers, and industry professionals. It helps provide members the opportunities to develop and test their personal, technical, and workplace skills.
This year there were nearly 100 different events that showcased student skills in leadership, technical skills, career skills and overall knowledge in their fields of career study.

- 34 state conference attendees – 17 students were called to the stage to receive medals
