The PTO plans, sponsors, and runs many events throughout the school year.  We can always use volunteers for weekly positions like Workroom Wednesday, monthly help for HERO Reading and garden maintenance, and big events like Trunk or Treat and BINGO.  See our current opportunities by clicking on the links below:

Workroom Wednesday:  Sign up for one Wednesday morning or several to help out with tasks and projects in the staff workroom.  Cutting, sorting, binding and more!  

HERO Time:  One Friday morning a month, the school community has a very special reading opportunity.  We need volunteers to help sort snacks for this event as well as someone to dress up as our Hero mascot to deliver a special treat to the class wearing the most spirit wear.

Monthly Garden Clean Up Days:  Sign up for one month or several; no experience needed

SPIRIT WEAR  

Spirit Wear is always for sale at Hickory Hill.  We have partnered with 1st Place Spirit Wear to provide all your shirt, hat, blanket, sweatpant, backpack (and more!) needs...all logoed with Hickory Hill images. 

Remember!  Every Friday is Spirit Day at Hickory Hill.  Plus, keep an eye out for HERO Time days when the classroom with the highest percentage of students in spirit wear will earn a special treat.
