Sixth grade students in Ms. Andersen's music class at Trumble Park Elementary recently held a special ukulele performance for their Kindergarten buddies, showcasing their musical progress and strengthening bonds between grade levels.
The young musicians demonstrated their skills through a diverse repertoire that included familiar classroom songs known to their younger audience, as well as seasonal holiday selections. The performance gave sixth graders an opportunity to display their musical growth while connecting with their younger schoolmates.
The Kindergarten students were an enthusiastic audience, delighting in seeing their older buddies showcase their musical abilities. This cross-grade level interaction exemplifies Trumble Park's commitment to building a strong school community where students can learn from and inspire one another.
The performance not only celebrated the sixth graders' musical achievements but also reinforced the valuable mentoring relationships between Trumble Park's oldest and youngest Roadrunners.
