Due to an ongoing company-wide outage at Lee Enterprises, several notices from Papillion La Vista Community Schools were unable to be published in the Sarpy County Times as scheduled.

The affected documents include our upcoming February 24 Board of Education Meeting notice, as well as minutes from both the American Civics Hearing and the February 10 Board Meeting. While these items would typically appear in the newspaper, they have all been posted and remain accessible on the district website.

In accordance with Nebraska State Statute 84-1411, public bodies must give reasonable advance publicized notice of meetings. While the district traditionally publishes notices and minutes in the Sarpy County Times, state law also recognizes website posting as an acceptable method of meeting notification. The district maintains an up-to-date archive of all meeting notices, agendas, and minutes on our website to ensure continuous public access to this important information.
