PLCS Greatness Award Winners

The 2025 Greatness Awards were presented during the All-Staff Welcome Back event at Foundation Field on August 7, 2025!

A special thank you to the Papillion La Vista Schools Foundation for their support of these awards.  Every year, five PLCS employees are awarded the District’s top prize for their work during the previous school year. The Greatness Awards are designed to recognize legendary staff members in five categories: Substitute Teacher of the Year, Classified Staff Member of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Elementary Teacher of the Year, and Secondary Teacher of the Year.
