    The Enhancing Excellence in Teaching Program (EETP) provides forgivable loans to Nebraska teachers enrolled in an eligible graduate program at an eligible Nebraska institution.     BCBS Insurance Effective September 1!

    For new employees or new enrollees, it could take up to a month to receive your new BCBS insurance card. You will receive two cards with the primary carrier's name. If you need proof of insurance prior to receiving your card, have your providers call BCBS to verify coverage. Call Member Services at 877-721-2583 with any questions.
