• Papillion La Vista Community Schools engaged in a collaborative process involving students, staff, parents, community members, and local health professionals during Summer 2020 to craft a “Return to School” plan for the 2020-21 school year. The plan was made available on the district website (see link below) and frequent updates were provided to stakeholders at publicly scheduled board meetings.

As we transition to the 2021-22 school year and beyond, PLCS will update its plan, protocols, and seek to address any needs related to, or associated with, the COVID-19 pandemic in collaboration with its school community. Modifications to the original plan will be added as we continue to prepare for the upcoming school year.

PLCS intends to use Federal ARP ESSER resources in accordance with the established parameters to address student learning needs related to the COVID-19 pandemic and to promote health and safety. Below are links to a corresponding survey for you to provide your feedback on the plan and the use of ARP ESSER.
