Art Club is the gathering of student’s interested in all aspects of Art.

The first project we will be completing is creating ceramic Remembrance Thumb Stones for the Nebraska Organ Recovery  program sponsored by Methodist Health Systems.  These stones are given to families that have lost someone and are donating their organs.  The counselors meet with them at the hospital and prior to that, share that stone with the patient.  It gives the family something to hold onto during the removal of the organs during surgery.

The Art Club meets at 3:25 – 4:10 p.m. the last Wednesday of each month in room 403. You do not need to be enroll in an Art class to be a part of this creative group, all are encouraged to come and join in the fun.
