Please bring with you the following items:

1.  Please enroll online at www.paplv.org
2. Please bring in the printed out forms, signed and dated
3. Please bring identification of the person that enrolled the student
4.  Birth Certificate (Certified Copy)
5. Immunization records
6. Proof of Residency

 (Such as - Lease Agreement, 

Purchase Agreement or Current utility bill)

Daily Screening Guidelines
All families will need to complete a daily screening prior to arriving at school each day.
It is VERY critical that if showing any symptom - stay home.
Do your part to keep everyone healthy and safe. Complete the daily screener honestly!

PLCS Partners with Children's Hospital & Medical Center to help families conduct daily screening for COVID-19
Through a partnership with Children's Hospital, all PLCS families will have access to a screening app that can be completed daily on your phone or any device. This screening tool will walk families through a series of questions and give you action steps that need to be taken based on your answers. Daily screening is critical in keeping all students and staff healthy and in school.

Enroll Online Today!

Parents of students new to Papillion La Vista Community Schools, or who are enrolling their child for kindergarten for the 2019-2020 school year, can now submit an online enrollment form at http://enroll.paplv.org.

Parents will need to create a username and password to complete the form. Once forms are submitted, please print the forms. On your completion page, you will be shown your child(ren)’s assigned school(s) with contact information. Please contact the school to finalize your enrollment. If you have any questions, please contact the PLC Schools Student Services office at 402-537-6214.
