    Permision Slip
    A permission slip will need to be filled out and returned to the school.  Your help in prompt completion of these forms so your child is able to attend the Outdoor Classroom Experience is appreciated.  Click on the link for a printable version of the permission slip.  Permission Slip

    Medication
    If for any reason it is necessary for your child to be given medication of any kind, please fill out and return the medication form to the health office.  The nurse will not administer medication without the signed “Medication Permit.” Medication Forms

    What to Bring and What Not to Bring
    This is a list which will serve as a reminder of articles the student should and should not bring with him/her. Any equipment should be clearly marked with his/her name for easy identification.  What to bring and what not to bring

    What to Bring
    This list will help you remember what to pack for camp.  Click here for a printable version of the checklist.  Please include a breif description of the item (color, etc.).  This will be used to check students' belongings before leaving home and before leaving camp.

    What Not to Bring
    In order to keep lost items at the minimum, we request that these items be left at home since they are not needed or allowed on the trip:

    • Watches
    • Cell Phones
    • Rings
    • Hunting Knives
    • Money
    • Any hand held electronic devices
    • Radio/CD Player/MP3 Players
    • Candy, gum or any food
    • Whistles​
