Find It Fast

  • Liberty Middle School payments now have an online option! no more writing checks... unless you choose to do so!

    Buy your child’s activity ticket, parking pass or any fee associated with a class online and eliminate the hassle of writing multiple checks. This online payment system is the same as the school lunch system. Payments can be made now prior to student check-in as well as throughout the year as needed.

    Purchasing Items Online is as Easy As 1, 2, 3…

     Sign in or Create an account:

    Access the store via the “School Lunch/Fees” button in the District app, or click here.

    If you previously created an account to pay for school lunches, you do not need to create a new account! Your current lunch account will get you into the school store.

    To create an account, you will need to know your student’s ID. If you do not know your student’s ID, you can find it in the parent app (while logged in) or on the parent portal.

    Select “Store”

    On a mobile device click the three lines in upper left corner

    On a computer the “store” option is on the left hand side.

    Select the items you want to purchase and pay. Be sure to select items for your child’s school.

    Use the “Search” function to quickly find items relevant to your school.

    To search, enter the initials of your child’s school

    PLHS = Papillion La Vista High School

    PLSHS = Papillion La Vista South High School

    LVMS = La Vista Middle School

    LMS = Liberty Middle School

    PMS = Papillon Middle School

    Note: On some mobile devices the “search” function is hidden behind the “filter” button. Just pull down below the filter button and you will see the search function. We are currently working with the company to get the error fixed.

  • Building Hours and Supervision

    School hours: 8:00am - 3:10pm

    Late Start Wednesdays - On Wednesdays, school will start at 8:20am. The late start will have no impact on parent’s schedules. Students can still enter the building at their normal time.

    We encourage students to arrive no earlier than 7:30am, as that is the time student supervision begins.  Students not involved in after school activities need to be off school grounds by 3:30pm, as there is no supervision after that time.

  • Attendance

    If your student will be absent, a parent or guardian must call the school at (402) 514-3600 to report the absence or email Marny Maloney at lmsattendance@plcschools.org. Calls should be made prior to 8:30am. A message can be left if the line is busy or if it is before or after school hours. Please note when informing the school of your child’s absence, you may be asked if this absence was directed by a health screener and/or for the child's symptoms.

    It is very important to report all absences, we have to account for all students for their safety. If a student is still unaccounted for by 10:00 a resource officer will do a well child check.

    Appointments & Passes

    Parents/Guardians should try to avoid taking students out of school for appointments if possible.

    If your child has an appointment and will be late to school please call no later than 8:30 to report the absence.

    If you need to pick up your child during the school day, you will need to call the school ahead of time or he/she may bring a note to the front office before school starts. Your child will be sent a pass allowing them five additional minutes to go to their locker and then come to the front office at the time specified. Parents will remain in their cars when picking up and dropping off students. Students will be released once they see their ride in front of the school. When dropping them back off, students will check back in through the front office and will be given a pass back to class. Please provide a doctor’s as available.
