Wondering who your child will have for a teacher next year?
Teacher assignments for 2018-19 will be announced late afternoon on Friday, August 10th via email. All parents will receive an email from their child’s classroom teacher for the 2018-19 school year. If your email address is changing, please be sure the updated email is on file with the school. If you do not have an email address, a copy of the email will be mailed on August 10th to your house.
Enroll Online Today!
Parents of students new to Papillion La Vista Community Schools, or who are enrolling their child for kindergarten for the 2018-19 school year, can now submit an online enrollment form at http://enroll.paplv.org.
Parents will need to create a username and password to complete the form. Once forms are submitted, please print the forms. On your completion page, you will be shown your child(ren)’s assigned school(s) with contact information. Please contact the school to finalize your enrollment. If you have any questions, please contact the PLC Schools Student Services office at 402-537-6214.

We request that students not arrive before 7:40 a.m. If you have a need to have your child arrive before that time, please contact our Kid’s Club at 402-898-9633 to arrange for your child to be in a supervised environment upon their arrival at school. The Kid’s Club hours are 6:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Walnut Creek Walkers
Students should NOT arrive at school prior to 7:40 as there is NO supervision and it is UNSAFE. Whenever your child arrives at school prior to 8:00 they will join in and walk around the building. Walnut Creek Walkers is a great way for your child to get some exercise before they start their day at school. Walnut Creek Walkers will happen every day either outside or inside depending on the weather. All parents are welcome to join and walk with us. Certified staff members will lead the walkers everyday.
Should your child be absent or going to an appointment before school, please make sure that you notify the office. Upon their arrival to school, these students should check in at the office. Students leaving the school at any time during school hours, must check out through the office. Only upon parents’ arrival at the school will we call the student down from the classroom. If the student should return to school after an appointment, they need to check back in with the office. It is always a good idea to send a note in the morning to the student’s teacher, informing them of any early dismissals or appointments. Thank you!
