Picture retakes will be available for new students, those that were absent on picture day, students that forgot their money, and anyone wishing to have their pictures retaken.  Pictures can be ordered using the attached flyer or online at  Order forms are also available in the office.  If a student requires a “retake”, the student must bring in his/her picture envelope with pictures.  The photographer will retake the student’s picture and a new order will be placed based on what was previously ordered.  If you have any special requests, they can be written on the outside of the envelope but be sure to avoid writing over any bar codes.

Our Fall party will look a little different this year. It will be on Friday, Oct 27.  Since we are doing a costume parade we will not need parent volunteers in the classroom.  You are welcome to send a costume to school with your child that day so he/she can participate in the parade. Students will have about 10-15 minutes before the parade starts to put their costume on.  You are welcome to watch the parade!  The parade will begin at 2pm.  As you enter the building we will direct you where to go to watch the parade.

    * Please do not send makeup, weapons, etc. with your child for the parade.  There is a PTO sponsored evening event the night before (Tricks and Treats) in which students can wear makeup and be in full costume.   If you have signed up to bring a snack/treat or drink for the classroom then please drop that off in the office sometime that day.

If your student has an appointment during the day, it is helpful if you notify the office or the student’s teacher via phone or email prior to the appointment so we know when to expect you and can have your child ready in a more timely manner.  Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
