A Note from your Middle School Nurse: Nebraska law requires students entering 7th grade to have a complete physical (this physical also fulfills the requirements for a sports physical). Physicals should be performed after March 1st if not playing sports, and after May 1st if playing sports. Also required is a Tdap booster given after 10 years of age. Please call your Health Care Provider to set the date for your physical and immunizations. Once completed, we ask that you turn in your completed physical along with immunizations to your elementary health office or the Middle School. Please email Beth Curry at with any questions.
