Parents of students new to Papillion La Vista Community Schools for the 2019-20 school year need to complete an online enrollment form at http://enroll.paplv.org.
Parents will need to create a username and password to complete the form. Once forms are submitted, please print the forms. On your completion page, you will be shown your child(ren)’s assigned school(s) with contact information. Please contact the school at 402-514-3600 to set up an appointment to finalize your enrollment. If you have any questions, please call the school or PLC Schools Student Services office at 402-537-6214.
LMS Summer Band July 29th - Aug. 2
LMS has a very exciting opportunity for your band student continuing band at Liberty Middle School next fall! Liberty is offering a FREE summer band camp to all incoming band students. This camp will be held at Liberty Middle School from July 29th - Aug. 2nd.

Save the Date! Early Check-In
Liberty Middle School will be offering Early Check-In to help students become acclimated with the upcoming school year on Wed., Aug. 7. Schedules and locker assignments will not be available until Early Check-In. Students who are unable to attend check-in, can pick up materials
may pick up materials after August 7th in the office from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.
7th Grade Check-In: 7:30am - 9:00am (Last Name Begins with A-J)
9:00am - 10:30am (Last Name Begins with K-Z)
8th Grade Check-In: Noon - 1:30pm (Last Name Begins with A-J)
1:30pm - 3:00pm (Last Name Begins with K-Z)
Students will take school pictures, receive schedules, deposit money into student lunch accounts, meet the counselor, administrator, and take care of medical concerns with the school nurse. More details will be communicated later this summer.
Sports Activities Information
LMS incoming 7th Graders for the 2019-2020 school year, please remember to get those 7th grade physicals scheduled. Appointments fill up fast. At these physicals, make sure your child is up-to-date on their vaccinations (TDaP), has a sports clearance (if playing sports), and have the doctor give you any actions plans needed for school. 8th graders will need a sports physical if they plan on playing any sport next year. No physical is required for Intramural sports. All students playing a sport most also have a Parent Consent and Health Risk Awareness Form on file before a student can participate in a sport, this includes practice.
If any 7th grader has a Physical/Vision Waiver, they would still be required to have a Physical or Sports Physical to participate.
Feel free to drop off completed forms at LMS during the summer. Call or email the school with any questions.
Will your 8th grader be playing sports next year? 8th grade students participating in any sport at Liberty Middle School must have a Preparticipation Physical Evaluation (Sports Physical). Students participating in Intramural Activities DO NOT need a physical.
